Need Help with a Map or Download?

Please include:

  • The map, adventure or tool name and a link to the page.
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Any error message, plus your browser or TaleSpire version if relevant.
  • A screenshot if it helps explain the problem.

For a purchase or download issue, tell us which storefront you used and include your order reference if available. Never send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.

Feedback and Corrections

Found a broken link, an import problem or an error in a companion guide? Send us the page link and a short description so we can investigate. Suggestions for future maps and improvements are welcome too.
